Jenn Castellani has a wealth of experience in customer service and client success roles. Jenn started their career in 1999 as a Service Desk Representative, Access Control Analyst, and New Accounts Representative at TD Ameritrade. In 2007, they moved to IHS Markit as a Product Support Specialist. Jenn then joined Merrill Lynch as a Help Desk Analyst in 2009. From 2010 to 2011, they worked at DME Automotive as a Product Support Specialist and Business Analyst, and at Navy Federal Credit Union as a Member Service Representative. In 2011, they also volunteered for the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society. Finally, from 2014 to 2022, they worked at Shelby Systems as an Account Manager and Customer Success Specialist, and then as a Customer Support Technician. In 2022, they joined ClearGov as a Client Success Manager.
Jenn Castellani obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Banking and Finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha between 1997 and 2002.
