Rick Lowrey

Rick Lowrey is an experienced executive with a strong background in software-driven technology and consulting. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for GovHost and Engageware, Rick provides strategic oversight to organizations enhancing law enforcement and customer engagement solutions, respectively. As an Operating Executive at Clearhaven Partners and Managing Principal at Caserta Solutions, Rick focuses on supporting small to medium-sized enterprises and software-driven businesses. Previously, as President & CEO of Pilgrim Quality Solutions, Rick led significant growth initiatives and improved operational efficiency, culminating in a successful sale to IQVIA. Rick's extensive career includes key roles at Deltek, where revenue grew substantially under their leadership, and various financial executive positions in information technology firms. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from George Mason University and has a foundational education at the United States Military Academy Preparatory School.
