Brad Smith

Brad Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in driving operational efficiency and value creation across various sectors. Currently serving as Operating Executive at Trivest Partners since March 2025, Brad collaborates with leadership teams to enhance growth within portfolio companies. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer at CHE Behavioral Health Services from December 2023 to February 2025, Brad streamlined operational processes for a multi-specialty group of mental health providers. At AccentCare, Inc., Brad held the position of Executive Vice President, overseeing M&A integration activities. During a tenure at Optum from February 2017 to August 2022, Brad led business integration efforts for newly acquired medical groups and contributed to the implementation of a Shared Services Center. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President and CFO at Western Disposal Services, where financial planning and budgeting were key responsibilities. Brad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
