Aileen Chao

Aileen Chao has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Aileen most recently worked at Clearlake Capital Group, starting in 2019, where they held various roles including Compliance Associate and Compliance Analyst. Prior to that, they served as an Administrative Assistant at the same company from 2019 to 2021.

Before joining Clearlake Capital Group, Aileen worked as an Administrative and Marketing Intern at VOX Femina Los Angeles from 2018 to 2019. Aileen also gained experience as an Information Specialist at USC Asian Pacific American Student Services from 2015 to 2019.

In addition to their administrative and compliance roles, Aileen has a background in arts and culture. Aileen served as the Festival Director and Founder of the Los Angeles Emerging Artists' Festival (LAEAF) from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they interned at Left Coast Chamber Ensemble in 2017.

Aileen has also demonstrated leadership skills as the Director of Finance for the USC Student Coalition for Asian Pacific Empowerment from 2016 to 2017.

Aileen Chao attended the University of Southern California from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Music Composition.
