Casey Siegel is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Associate at Clearlake Capital Group since October 2025, following a significant tenure as HR Manager for Recruiting & Talent Development at AEA Investors LP from September 2016 to October 2025. With expertise in talent strategy, diversity, equity and inclusion, performance management, and organizational development, notable achievements include designing a highly successful HBCU-focused Summer Analyst Program and leading the implementation of advanced HR technologies. Siegel's career began in administrative roles, promoting through various positions across reputable firms like The Blackstone Group and Little, Brown and Company, garnering a strong foundation in office operations and executive support.
