Chad Allan

Chad Allan is an experienced cybersecurity and technology risk professional currently serving as the O.P.S. Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Cybersecurity at Clearlake Capital Group since January 2025. Prior to this role, Chad held positions as Principal for Cybersecurity and Technology Risk Transaction Advisory at CYBLADE, and Senior Vice President leading Cybersecurity and Technology Risk Transaction Advisory at Alliant Insurance Services. Chad's earlier experience includes partnership at ACA Group, where responsibilities included Private Markets Advisory Leader and Managing Director of Transaction Advisory Services Global Practice Leader. Additionally, Chad worked as Senior Director for Global Cybersecurity and Privacy Compliance and Risk Management at Cylance Inc.
