Lauryn Chapman

Lauryn Wilson is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in scheduling and candidate management. Currently serving as a Recruiting Coordinator at Future since March 2022, Lauryn handles high-volume scheduling and manages candidate activity within Greenhouse, the Applicant Tracking System. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiting Assistant at Core MedStaff, where Lauryn supported compliance and the hiring process, and as Operations Manager at Brooks Mortgage, Inc., where digital marketing campaigns were executed and an onboarding process for new hires was developed. Early career achievements include a Leadership Development Internship at RippleMatch and co-founding a chapter of the College Diabetes Network at UCSC, which provided resources to students with diabetes. Lauryn holds a Master of Studies in Law with a focus on Business Law from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, along with a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Cornell University.
