Serine Novshadian

Serine Novshadian's work experience includes roles at various notable firms. Serine began their career as an Audit Senior at Deloitte in 2008, where they worked until 2011. Serine then joined Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. in 2012, initially as a Senior Accountant and later transitioning to the role of Treasury Analyst until 2014. In 2017, Novshadian became an Assistant Vice President at Oaktree, a position they held until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Corporate Controller at Saban Capital Group LLC. Most recently, Novshadian joined Clearlake Capital Group as a Vice President in November 2021.

Serine Novshadian attended the USC Marshall School of Business from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Serine later acquired the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the AICPA, although the specific month and year of attainment are unknown.
