Bridget Harper

VP of Customer Success at ClearlyRated

Bridget Harper has accumulated a variety of work experience over the years. Starting in 2001 at Citadel Communications, they worked as a Graphic Designer until 2004. Bridget then moved on to Viacom, where they held the positions of Sales Marketing Coordinator from 2004 to 2006 and Marketing Manager from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, they joined Inavero and took on the role of Technical Project Manager until 2013, during which they developed new processes, wrote documentation, and trained staff and clients. From 2013 to 2016 at Inavero, they served as the Director of Customer Success, leading a customer success team and focusing on product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention rates. Lastly, since 2016, they have been working at ClearlyRated as the VP of Customer Success.

Bridget Harper earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from Montana State University-Bozeman. This educational journey took place from 1995 to 2000.
