Zita Flaherty has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.
Zita started their career in 2011 as a Sales Associate at Billabong/Element in New York. Zita worked there for about seven months before transitioning to a role as a Waitress at The Recovery Room.
In 2012, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Gourmet Tart Co. for a short period before becoming a Health Care Assistant at Coral Haven Nursing Home later that year. Zita remained in this role until 2013.
From 2013 to 2016, Zita worked as a Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager at Adecco Group. Zita was responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, placing job ads, and attending job fairs and networking events.
After their time at Adecco, Zita joined ClearlyRated in 2016 as an Account Executive. Zita played a vital role in maintaining and growing client relationships, maximizing contract renewals, and analyzing data to ensure client goals were met. In 2018, they were promoted to the position of Senior Customer Success Manager.
In 2018, they also started working as a Yoga Teacher at The Seeking Yogini. Zita led yoga classes, organized online workshops and series, and built a strong community.
In 2021, Zita joined Brightidea as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they remained until 2023.
Most recently, Zita returned to ClearlyRated in 2023, where they currently work as a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Zita Flaherty began their education in 2003 at Presentation College Headford, where they obtained their Leaving Certificate in 2008. Afterward, they enrolled at Galway Technical Institute in 2008-2009, studying Fashion/Apparel Design at a FETAC Level 5. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Retail and Business Management. In 2012, they briefly pursued further education at Galway Technical Institute, specializing in the care of the older person at a FETAC Level 5.
