Adrian Izbicki

Senior System Test Engineer at ClearMotion

Adrian Izbicki has worked at three companies since 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Emhart Glass as a Design Engineer Co-op, where they collaborated with engineers on design projects and was responsible for designing and improving machine parts and assemblies in PTC Creo/Pro Engineer and AutoCAD. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Ariel Corporation in two roles: Quality Control Co-op and Inside Technical Sales Co-op. In the Quality Control Co-op role, they assisted engineers in the crankshaft manufacturing department, designed piston rod masks for an HVOF coating process, and wrote manufacturing work instructions. In the Inside Technical Sales Co-op role, they generated spare parts price quotes, placed orders, and coordinated shipping. Since 2016, they have been working at ClearMotion as a Senior System Test Engineer and Mechanical Engineer, V&V. In this role, they have developed durability tests in accordance with Tier 1, OEM and internal requirements, set up and managed 5000+ hours of testing for durability and reliability of an active suspension for passenger vehicles, assisted in the development of performance characterization tests, set up and managed 500+ hours of performance testing, and defined an automated dynamometer test system for testing ClearMotion Active Suspension. Adrian is also responsible for executing test plans for design validation, utilizing and maintaining a test lab, and writing scripts using Matlab to process and analyze data.

Adrian Izbicki attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2016 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
