Phillip Lachman has over 16 years of work experience. From 2004 to 2015, they worked at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company as a Staff Project Engineer, where they conducted end-to-end antenna testing of commercial satellites currently on-orbit, managed execution of electronic security system installations at naval bases for nuclear submarine bases, led RF testing & characterization for a missile defense demonstration, and oversaw budgets of +$25M. In 2014, they were an Associate Intern at The Bison Companies, a company specializing in early stage investments. Phillip was also the Treasurer of Walnut Ventures, a Massachusetts based angel group, where they were responsible for organizational finances, membership, sourcing and managing MBA associate. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at ClearMotion as a Senior Program Manager, a Sr. Business Development Manager, and a Business Development Manager. Currently, they are a Member Board of Directors at Directive Communication Systems, a service for estate professionals providing organization of a client’s personal accounts and notification fulfillment of their final wishes to digital and off-line institutions.
Phillip Lachman received their Diploma from Newton South High School in 2000, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2004. In 2005, they obtained a Security Clearance License from the US Government Department of Defense. Phillip then completed a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University in 2007, and in 2004 obtained a Security Clearance License from the US Government SSBI. Finally, Phillip Lachman earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College in 2015.
