Anna Leighton

Anna Leighton has worked in the clinical laboratory science field since 2015. Anna began their career at Sequenom Laboratories as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I (CGMBS) - Technical Group. Anna then moved on to become a Clinical Laboratory Scientist Team Service Lead - COVID, Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CGMBS) Trainee, Laboratory Associate I - Technical Group, and Research Associate I. In 2014, Anna began working as an Undergraduate Research Intern and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the San Diego State University Research Foundation. Prior to this, they were a Lifeguard III at The Salvation Army Kroc Center - San Diego from 2011-2014. Anna currently works as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CGMBS) and Clinical Laboratory Scientist, CGMBS at ClearNote Health (formerly Bluestar Genomics), starting in 2022.

Anna Leighton attended San Diego State University from 2010 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology.
