FPGA design engineer at ClearOne

Richard Herrera has over 30 years of work experience in the electrical engineering field. Richard started their career as a Summer Intern at Bell Laboratories, where they completed summer intern projects for three consecutive years. Richard then worked at Honeywell Aerospace as a Senior Electrical Engineer, where they designed an FPGA for a data recovery algorithm in a triple redundancy Space Shuttle main engine controller. After that, Richard joined Motorola Solutions as a Principal Electrical Engineer in the Advanced Development Group. Richard recently joined ClearOne as an FPGA design engineer, where they are involved in all phases of product development for wireless audio conferencing systems. Richard'swork experience showcases a strong background in electrical engineering and a wide range of expertise in various industries.

Richard Herrera attended Passaic School of Drafting from 1983 to 1984, where they obtained a degree in Electro-Mechanical Drafting. Following this, they went on to study at the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1988, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
