SHASHIKANT DOIPHODE has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies.

SHASHIKANT started their career at Sony in 2004 as a Sales Support Engineer, where they worked until 2006.

SHASHIKANT then joined Siemens Enterprise Communications in 2009 as an Executive Engineer, where they worked for a year.

In 2006, SHASHIKANT joined Actis technologies pvt ltd., initially as a Manager Programming Services until 2009, and then promoted to Sr. Manager Programming Services until 2014.

Since 2014, they have been associated with ClearOne, first as a Senior Technical Sales Manager, responsible for sales in India. Currently, they serve as the Senior Regional Sales Manager for the East & West India and Nepal region at ClearOne. In this role, they are responsible for managing relationships with manufacturers' representatives, resellers, and integrators, as well as delivering product demonstrations.

Shashikant Doiphode's education history begins in 1984 when they attended Shramik Vidyalaya and obtained their SSC degree. After completing their secondary education, they went on to enroll in Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Diploma in Digital Electronics.

Following their diploma, Shashikant Doiphode pursued further education at Padmashree Dr Vikhe Patil College of Engg from 2000 to 2003. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Electronics degree.

In addition to their formal education, Shashikant Doiphode has also acquired several certifications throughout their career. These include the ClearOne Collaboration Product Specialist AV Collaboration certification from ClearOne, the HubSpot Sales Software Certified certification from HubSpot, and the Dante Certification Levels 1, 2, and 3 from Audinate, all obtained in 2020.

SHASHIKANT also holds the Biamp Specialist - Tesira certification from Biamp, obtained in 2013, and the Cisco TelePresence Video Sales Specialist for Advanced certification from Cisco, obtained in 2008. Moreover, they have the Crestron Certified Programmer - Intermediate certification from Crestron Electronics and the Cisco Certified Telepresence Video Field Engg for Express certification from Cisco, both acquired in 2008.
