Andrea Steiner

Andrea Steiner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In their current role as an Advisory Board Member at the McColl School of Business, they contribute their expertise to strategic decision-making. Previously, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at ClearPath, where they managed human resources, organizational development, and strategic planning. Andrea also held the position of Marketing Director of Camping Services at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, overseeing marketing, advertising, and promotion. Earlier in their career, they worked at Cenveo, where they held multiple roles including Production Scheduler and Customer Relationship Manager. Andrea also gained experience as a Customer Relationship Manager at Green-Key, focusing on environmentally friendly alternatives to plastic hotel keycards. Andrea began their career as a Staff Artist at Rochester Institute of Technology and gained additional experience through co-op positions at Quebecor World Premedia and Quebecor World.

Andrea Steiner has a Master's Degree in Organizational Development, which they obtained from Queens University of Charlotte from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in New Media Publishing from Rochester Institute of Technology. Andrea completed their undergraduate studies from 2002 to 2006. Andrea Steiner has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In December 2020, they earned the Caliper Essentials Certification from Caliper. In March 2020, they obtained the Actualized Performance Cycle Certification from Dr. William Sparks and Associates. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Basic First Aid, CPR, and Emergency Oxygen Administration from the American Safety & Health Institute in February 2012.
