Glen Pascale

Glen Pascale is ClearPlan’s Operations Manager and Facility Security Officer (FSO). Over the last 7 years, Glen has managed a variety of functions across ClearPlan including HR, Finance, IT, Contracts/Compliance and Security. Glen has been instrumental in the growth of ClearPlan’s business operations and the development of the operations team. Glen currently manages Contracts/Compliance, internal IT Systems and ClearPlan’s Security Program, providing support to ClearPlan’s best in the business management team.

Prior to joining ClearPlan, Glen spent over 20 years in the banking, financial and software industries. Glen received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University and his Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Massachusetts.
