Jessica Kaplan, PCC has extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Jessica also played a significant role in the integration of EdAssist's acquisition of EdLink and led client relations and education network development efforts. Before joining Bright Horizons, Jessica worked at CIO Executive Council from IDG as an Executive Manager, Client Services, and at Eduventures as a Senior Member Services Manager. Jessica began their career as an Implementation Representative at Discovery Channel.

Jessica Kaplan, PCC has a bachelor's degree in American Studies from Tufts University. Jessica also pursued a master's degree in International Communication from American University. Additionally, they engaged in doctoral work in International Higher Education Policy at the University of Maryland.
