Sergei Davidov is an accomplished Agile Delivery professional with extensive experience in leading high-performing teams and delivering software solutions across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Delivery (Aus) at ClearRoute since January 2024, Sergei previously held key roles at TEAL Consulting and Tes, focusing on Agile delivery methodologies. Notable experience includes coaching and mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams while implementing large-scale Scrum at Macquarie Group and managing multiple squads at UST Global. Sergei’s career spans positions such as Scrum Master at Class Ltd and Indue, and Systems Architect at Interlogic Limited, showcasing expertise in driving exceptional client experiences and delivering high-quality products using Visual Studio .NET and SQL Server. Sergei holds a BBIM degree in Information Management and Marketing from the University of Auckland.
