Nathalia Tavora is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational culture, currently serving as Global People Partner - HRBP at ClearSale since June 2021, focusing on the New Ventures Business Unit and Growth area. Previous roles include International HR Analyst for Culture at ClearSale, where responsibilities involved managing D&I and organizational climate across multiple countries, and Relocation Coordinator at SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving, providing support to expatriates during cultural transitions.
