James Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. James has worked as a Mission Lead: Product at ClearScore, where they were responsible for user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement. Prior to that, they were involved in establishing a Global Product Management and Design function at SThree, a STEM recruitment market leader. James also worked as a Global Product Director at Experian, overseeing the product roadmap and revenue pipeline for their acquisition and customer management software products. James Smith attended the University of St Andrews from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained an MA (Hons) degree in Ancient History with Archaeology. Prior to that, they attended Queen Elizabeths Grammar School in Blackburn from 1997 to 2004. In 2013, they also obtained a certification in Association for Project Managers Professional SCQF Level 7 / IPMA Level D from APMP.
