Laurent Christoph

Laurent Christoph is an experienced design leader currently serving as Design Lead for Upstream & Innovation at ClearScore since September 2022, where responsibilities include enhancing product experiences for 22 million users and leading cross-functional teams. Prior to this role, Laurent held various positions at Lloyds Banking Group from 2010 to 2022, including Design Lead for Design Strategy & Operations and Customer Experience Strategist, significantly improving design capabilities and establishing strategic initiatives. Laurent's earlier career includes roles at Lloyds Bank International and Pet Protect Limited, where successful marketing and user experience initiatives were executed.
