John Rakowski

John Rakowski is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment banking and advisory services. Currently serving as Managing Director at Clearsight Advisors since February 2012, John specializes in providing M&A and capital raising solutions for high growth Business Services and Technology companies. Prior to this role, John held the position of Vice President at both Carl Marks Advisory Group and Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, where an emphasis was placed on investment banking in Washington D.C. Additionally, John worked as an Associate in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank and was part of Houlihan Lokey's team in Chicago earlier in the career. John holds an MBA in Finance and International Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
