Philo Tran

Philo Tran is currently the Managing Director at Clearsight Advisors, an investment banking firm specializing in M&A and capital raising for growth-oriented Business Services and Technology companies, a position held since February 2014. Prior to this, Philo served as Principal at Global Environment Fund from March 2007 to January 2014, focusing on private equity investments in technology and business services. Additionally, Philo worked as Vice President at Updata Advisors from March 2005 to March 2007, specializing in software and IT services investment banking, and as an Associate at Wachovia Securities, LLC from August 2003 to February 2005, concentrating on IT and Business Services Investment Banking. Philo holds an MBA in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BBA in Accounting from William & Mary.
