Nick-Anthony Buford

Nick-Anthony Buford's work experience includes serving as General Counsel at ClearSky since 2012. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Attorney at NextEra Energy Resources from 2007 to 2012. Nick-Anthony also has experience as an Attorney at Herbert Smith Freehills from 2006 to 2007, Hogan Lovells from 2004 to 2006, and Linklaters from 2001 to 2004. Before their career as an attorney, they worked as a Law Clerk at Terra in 2000 and Southern California Edison (SCE) in 1999 and 1998. Additionally, they served as a Legislative Assistant at the California State Senate from 1996 to 1997 and worked as a Regulatory Analyst at Southern California Edison (SCE) in 1996.

Nick-Anthony Buford attended Harvard University from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Government. Nick-Anthony then pursued further education at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law from 1997 to 2001, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. In addition to their formal education, Buford has obtained certifications, including being a member of the Florida Bar and the New York Bar.
