Pierre Crucis

Pierre Crucis has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Pierre started their career as a Trainee in the Attitude Orbit Control System (AOCS) department at THALES ALENIA SPACE in 2010. After that, they worked as a Young Graduate Trainee at ESA/ESTEC for a year. In 2011, Pierre joined OHB System as a Galileo System Engineer, where they managed the interface between the Common Security Unit (CSU) and the Constellation Simulator (CSim), as well as procured hardware for the project. Pierre worked at OHB System until 2017 when they joined SES Satellites as a Spacecraft System Engineer, focusing on spacecraft systems. Since 2020, Pierre has been working at ClearSpace, where they have held multiple roles including System Engineer and AIV Lead, IoS ENCORE Technical Lead, and currently System Architect.

Pierre Crucis completed their education in various institutions. From 2008 to 2010, they attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology and obtained a degree in Civilingenjörsexamen. Pierre'sfield of study at KTH included Rocket Science, Space Physics, Environment and Spacecraft Engineering, as well as Rocket Propulsion.

Prior to this, from 2006 to 2010, Pierre Crucis studied at Ecole centrale de Nantes, where they earned a degree called "Ingénieur Diplômé de l'Ecole Centrale de Nantes." During their time at Ecole centrale de Nantes, their field of study encompassed Physics, Mathematics, Mechanics, Energy, and Fluid Mechanics.
