Dawn Standerwick

Dawn Standerwick has extensive experience in the field of HR and background screening. Dawn is currently the Vice President of Global Sales at ClearStar, Inc. since April 2022. Dawn is also an Advisory Board Member at HR.com in the Legal, Compliance, and Employment Law 2023 research department since June 2023. Prior to these roles, Dawn served as an Advisory Board Member at HR Tech Advisor since March 2016.

Before joining HR Tech Advisor, they worked at Employment Screening Resources (ESR) as the Vice President of Sales Marketing from April 2015 to April 2022. Dawn has also held various positions at PBSA, including Immediate Past Chair, Chairperson of the Board, Chair Elect, Treasurer, and Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors. Dawn was also a Regular Member Director on the Board of Directors for two terms and was involved in the Government Relations Committee and other important committees.

Additionally, Dawn has held positions at CredentialCheck as the Vice President of Business Development from July 2012 to April 2015, at HR Tampa as a Board of Directors member handling sponsorships from December 2012 to December 2013, at Applicant Insight as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing from April 2008 to July 2012, at Background Information Services, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations from April 1991 to April 2008, and at ChemScreen, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations from January 1999 to September 2007.

Dawn Standerwick attended the University of Colorado Boulder, but their degree, field of study, and year of graduation are unspecified. Dawn obtained the FCRA Basic Certification from the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) in 2012.
