Laura D. Adams is an insurance and finance analyst at Clearsurance. Laura has also worked as a contributing writer for U.S. News & World Report, senior insurance analyst for insuranceQuotes, and host of the Money Girl podcast.

Adams began their career in 2013 as a senior insurance analyst for insuranceQuotes. In this role, they represented the company to the media and created informational content for consumers.

In 2017, Adams joined U.S. News & World Report as a contributing writer for the MyMoney blog. Laura has since written monthly personal finance articles on topics such as insurance, retirement, credit, family finances, money management, and self-employment.

Adams is also the host of the Money Girl podcast, which is produced by Macmillan. In each episode, they cover a different financial topic to help listeners improve their money management skills.

Laura D. Adams has a Bachelor of Science from The University of the South and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Laura also has a second MBA from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.
