Pankaj Soni has held various roles in the technology industry since 1996. Pankaj began their career as an Associate Consultant at Citicorp Overseas Software Limited, where they were involved in database administration, performance tuning, patch application, and capacity planning. In 1999, they joined Deutsche Bank, Singapore as an Analyst/DBA. There, they collected data from all the trading and banking systems into a data warehouse and launched a Java Servlet based website to help Risk controllers for reporting and root cause analysis. In 2000, they moved to Apar Infotech as a Team Leader, where they implemented a scalable website using upcoming technologies J2EE and Weblogic. Pankaj also participated in in-house design and development of MVC framework and web architecture for the website. Finally, in 2001, they joined ClearTrack Information Network as Vice President- Product Engineering. In this role, they were responsible for providing technical leadership to translate the business needs into technology solutions and managing the development team personnel and activities to support monthly product release. Pankaj also proactively communicated with multiple customers to analyze their evolving business needs, elicit functional requirements and prioritize the feature delivery.

Pankaj Soni has an education history that includes a M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay in Industrial Management, a Mini MBA from Belmont University in Business Administration and Management, and a B.E. from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology in Mechanical Engg.
