Linda Coleman

Linda Coleman has over 30 years of work experience in project management and operations. Linda currently serves as the Director of Project Management at Clearview Energy, where they are responsible for overseeing all IT projects. Prior to this role, Linda worked as a Senior Project Manager at ONE Gas, where they successfully managed complex IT projects and collaborated with senior management to develop business and technology solutions. Before joining ONE Gas, Linda worked as a Project Manager at RGP, leading projects for ONE Gas as a contractor before transitioning to a permanent employee. Linda's extensive experience also includes various roles at Direct Energy Operations, Inc, where they held positions such as Senior Manager of Operational and Business Readiness, Senior Manager of USN Back Office Operations, and Senior Consultant. At Direct Energy, they built and led teams, managed multiple change projects, streamlined operations, and implemented detailed metrics.

Linda Coleman obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Bartlesville Weslyn University, completing their education in 1994. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in Kaisen Lean Training from LeanWright Consulting in August 2016, and Change Guide Certification from Change Guides in April 2016.
