Damon has held positions such as Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing at Clearview Hotel Capital, Director of Sales and Marketing at The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa, and Director Of Sales Marketing at The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa.
