Jennifer Etimani

Jennifer Etimani is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at ClearView since July 2017, where responsibilities include supporting a hybrid workforce of over 50 employees, developing personnel policies, and overseeing performance management processes. Prior experience includes roles as a Teacher's Aide at HighMark Charter School, where significant achievements in literacy improvement were accomplished, and a Child Care/Substitute position at Bible Fellowship Church PreSchool, along with experience as a Staffing Specialist for NCS Pearson and the Transportation Security Administration. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
