María José Cobos

Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in business ownership and compliance, currently serving as the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, specializing in online organic products for body and environmental care. Mariana has also held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously operated Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additional experience includes working as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and serving as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics and the history of food. Mariana earned a Diplomatura in Administración y gestión de empresas from Universidad Anahuac Online in 2020 and holds a Licenciatura in Alimentación, nutrición y bienestar from Universidad del Centro de México awarded in 2015.
