Alyssa Ward

Alyssa Ward is a seasoned technical writer and content manager currently serving as the Technical Writer Team Lead at Clearwater Analytics since March 2022, where key responsibilities include developing and managing content for a knowledge base and authoring technical documentation for software products. Previously, Alyssa held roles as a Technical Writer and Content Manager at Epic Aircraft, where collaboration with engineering teams resulted in the creation of Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and Illustrated Parts Catalogs, as well as experience at Micron Technology with similar documentation tasks. A background in data analysis was established at Cox Communications, supporting incident management documentation, complemented by roles as Associate Editor at ProEdit and Resource Specialist at Hire Velocity. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Georgia and Georgia College & State University.
