Adelaide Nxumalo

Adelaide Nxumalo is an experienced technical writer and team lead with a strong background in enterprise content management and software documentation. Currently employed at Hyland since March 2017, following the acquisition of Alfresco, Adelaide has advanced from a technical writer to a supervisory role, demonstrating proficiency in various documentation tools and methodologies, including Markdown and GitHub flow. Prior experience includes significant contributions at SAP as a content developer for the SAP Anywhere platform, where high-quality user guides were produced, and roles at DRS Data Services, Mimecast, Myriad Group AG, and Insignia Solutions, where Adelaide honed skills in documentation management and technical authorship. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Control Systems from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bradford, complemented by specialized training in technical authorship and adult education.
