Gwendoline Said has extensive experience in client relationship management and support within the financial services sector, currently serving as a Client Relationship and Support specialist for ALTO* France at Amundi since March 2021. Responsibilities include managing commercial relationships, operational support, and service reviews for French-speaking clients, as well as providing 2nd level support for international clients. Previously, Gwendoline held roles at BOUSSARD & GAVAUDAN as a Middle Officer for Hedge Funds and as a Business Officer, handling corporate actions, trade management, and P&L analysis. Additional experiences include positions in event coordination, hospitality, and financial analysis.
