Shilpa Dabke

Shilpa Dabke's work experience begins in 2001 at Digital Impact, where they served as a Software Development Lead until 2002. Shilpa then joined Financial Engines in 2002 and held various positions, including Application Engineer, Manager - Databases and Applications, Senior Manager - Databases and Applications, and Director - Technical Operations. In 2016, they moved to Edelman Financial Engines, where they worked as a Senior Director - Product Technical Operations until 2020 and then as a Senior Director - Enterprise IT and Product Technical Operations until 2022. Currently, Shilpa is the Vice President - Global Head of Platform Engineering at Clearwater Analytics, starting in March 2022.

Shilpa Dabke has a Master of Science degree in IT from Philadelphia University.
