Susan McGrath

Susan McGrath is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the EMEA HR Operations Leader at Clearwater Analytics since July 2019, overseeing HR operations across multiple European offices, including Edinburgh, London, Paris, and Frankfurt. Prior to this role, Susan held positions at Citi from July 2015 to June 2019, including Regional HR Generalist and site HR Business Partner in Edinburgh, focusing on EMEA HR for various business sectors. With a foundational career at Tesco Stores Ltd as a Human Resources Manager from October 2001 to July 2015, Susan developed expertise in general HR functions such as coaching, recruitment, and policy management. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Sociology and Social Policy from The University of Stirling.
