Shaun Michael Lewis

As CEO of Clearwater Properties, Shaun Michael Lewis combines his deep Montana roots—spanning five generations—with extensive international business expertise, enabling clients to achieve their aspirations of property and homeownership in the stunning landscapes of the American West.

Before rejoining Clearwater Properties in his current capacity, Shaun was the Global Chief Operating Officer at Cofix, a prominent European coffee brand operating over 450 outlets across seven countries. Earlier, from 2016 to 2019, Shaun served as Clearwater’s COO, where he successfully directed a comprehensive brand transformation and drove significant technology upgrades, greatly enhancing efficiency and promoting sustained business growth.

Shaun’s diverse career includes distinguished service in the U.S. Navy as an Electronics Engineer, with overseas postings in Japan and Thailand. After concluding his military tenure, he advanced to leadership positions within the U.S. Department of Justice and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Shaun holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College, a Master of Science from Chapman University, and an MBA from the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. He has also completed executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School (Executive MBA/PLD) and Columbia Business School’s High Impact Leadership Program.
