Andrea Riches

Andrea Riches has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Andrea started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Provincial Aerospace Ltd in 2005 and worked their way up to become a Human Resources Administrator and later a Human Resources Generalist at the same company. Andrea then joined Provincial Aerospace as a Senior Human Resources Advisor in 2010. In 2012, they became a Human Resources Manager at Provincial Aerospace Ltd, where they were responsible for overseeing all HR operations and processes. Andrea then worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Vale in 2013, followed by a role as a Human Resources Manager at Provincial Airlines from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they are serving as a Human Resources Manager at Clearwater Seafoods LP, where they have held various HR roles since 2016.

Andrea Riches obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland between the years 1997 and 2001. Andrea then pursued further education at Keyin College from 2004 to 2005, where they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.
