Carey Elzey

Carey Elzey has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at American Health Partners, Inc. from December 2005 to February 2014. They then moved on to HUB International, where they served as the Mid-South Human Resources Leader from April 2014 to March 2020. Following that, Carey joined Velocity Risk Underwriters, LLC as the Head of People & Culture from March 2020 to February 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Colleague Success at Clearwater since February 2023.

Carey Elzey attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology, Business Administration, and Education. Additionally, in September 2020, they obtained the Everything DiSC® Management Certification online from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand.
