Leah Surall

Leah Surall is an experienced professional in procurement, materials management, and supply chain operations. Currently serving as the Procurement and Materials Manager at Clearwave Fiber since June 2022, Leah specializes in sourcing, vendor management, and team leadership. Prior to this role, Leah worked at AT&T for over 20 years in various positions, including Supply Planning Manager, where responsibilities included managing network power equipment inventory and supplier relationships, and Market Planning Manager, serving as a liaison between engineering teams and the supply chain. Leah also held the role of Network Budget Analyst, managing an $820 million expense budget and preparing financial reports for regional management. Leah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the same institution.
