Lindsey Jerome has extensive work experience in customer experience roles. Lindsey started their career at Ashlin Graphics as a Customer Service / Account Executive, where they managed sales and served as a liaison between production and clients. Lindsey then worked at Gallopade International as an intern, where they copy edited history textbooks and introduced teaching guidelines. At The Perfect Image, they worked as an Office Assistant, managing office files, customer contact database, and reviewing graphic designs. While freelancing as a writer for Kelly Laughlin, they gained experience in content creation. Lindsey joined Clearwave Corporation as a Support Analyst, providing consultation and support to clients. Lindsey progressed to roles such as Customer Experience Team Lead, Customer Experience Manager, Senior Manager, and later as the Director of Customer Experience.
