Blair Mullin

Blair Mullin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They began their career at Aecon in 2001 as a Project Coordinator. After working there for four years, they moved on to the Link-Line Group of Companies, where they held various roles including Project Coordinator/Estimator, Contract Manager, and Regional Superintendent. In 2014, Blair joined the Clearway Group of Companies, initially working as a Senior Project Manager before being promoted to General Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Utilities, Fleet & IT at Clearway.

Blair Mullin completed a Civil Engineering Technology/Technician diploma from Seneca Polytechnic in the years 2000-2003. Following that, Blair went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Lakehead University, which was accomplished in the time period of 2003-2006.
