John Schinderle

John Schinderle has a strong background in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations and policy compliance. John has experience working as the Director of Human Resources at Cleary Building Corp., where they were responsible for employee relations, policy development, and administration of employee benefits. Prior to that, they worked as the HR Manager at Exopack, LLC., where they managed labor relations, human resources, safety, and workers' compensation for a unionized facility.
