Sarah Eagen

Sarah Eagen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in learning and development within the legal sector. At Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, Sarah served as Global Director of Learning & Development from January 2018 to January 2025, focusing on retreat design, facilitation, and curriculum development. Previously, Sarah held roles as Director of Learning & Development - U.S. and Senior Legal Learning & Development Manager at the same firm. Prior to this, Sarah practiced law as an Attorney in various capacities, including at Allen & Overy as a Legal Writing Editor/Trainer and at The Law Offices of Robert Gottlieb, representing criminal clients. Sarah also gained experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at Passaic County Superior Court. Sarah earned a JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from New York University.
