Melody McDowell has over two decades of experience in credit, collections, and operations management. Currently serving as the Corporate Credit and Collections Manager at Cleaver-Brooks since July 2015, Melody has previously held the positions of Assistant Credit Manager and Customer Service Supervisor within the same company. Prior to joining Cleaver-Brooks, Melody was the Operations Manager at Belk from March 2010 to June 2015 and gained extensive managerial experience as the Store Manager at Publix Super Markets from August 1994 to September 2009.
