Houssam Al Khaled

Houssam Al Khaled has an extensive work experience in the media industry. Houssam is currently working as the Customer Success Director, EMEA at Cleeng. Prior to this, they worked at Red Bee Media as the Regional Sales Director and CSM, and later as the Head of Operations and Sales. Before Red Bee Media, they worked at Ericsson as the Head of Operations and Sales, where they were responsible for the growth of the ERICSSON portfolio in the MENA region. Houssam also worked at twofour54 as the Broadcast Operations Manager and later as the Broadcast Supervisor, where they managed operations and engineering teams. Prior to that, they worked at VSN Innovation & Media Solutions as the Business Development Manager and at Alrai TV Kuwait as the Senior Transmission & Traffic System Supervisor. Houssam'searliest work experience was at Aljadeed TV as the Transmission Supervisor. Throughout their career, Houssam Al Khaled has shown strong leadership skills, successfully transforming businesses, establishing effective operations, and achieving sales growth. Houssam has also implemented cost-saving initiatives and developed strong customer relationships.

Houssam Al Khaled has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Pebble Hills University, which was earned between 2016 and 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a course in Economics and International Business at the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) starting from 2021. Additionally, they hold a business diploma in Telecoms Strategies from informa Telecoms and Media. Houssam also has an Associate's degree in Information Technology from the Lebanese High Institute of Technology (L.I.T).
