Mark Warren

Mark Warren currently serves as President for the Americas and APAC regions at Clemco Industries Corp., a role held since March 2020, and has previously held positions including General Manager and Chief Financial Officer for the Industrial Solutions division. Prior to Clemco, Mark Warren was Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Aegion Corporation from September 2017 to October 2019. Mark's extensive experience includes strategic and finance roles at Peabody Energy and Alpha Natural Resources, as well as process improvement at Pennsylvania Services Corp. and consulting at Accenture. Mark Warren holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
