Thomas Penn

Thomas Penn is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Managing Director at Clemenger BBDO since March 2025. Prior to this, Thomas held various leadership roles at CHEP Network from November 2018 to March 2025, including Managing Director, General Manager, Client Partner, and Group Account Director. Thomas also worked at TBWA\Auckland as Business and Strategy Director from November 2017 to November 2018 and was an Account Director at Albion.co from August 2014 to November 2017. Earlier in the career, Thomas was a Senior Account Manager at M&C Saatchi from September 2010 to June 2014. Thomas completed a BA in English with a 2:1 from UCL and earned a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School. Thomas attended Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School from 1992 to 2004.
